Presbyopia
Presbyopia is a common, age-related vision disorder that often begins in our 40s and makes it difficult to see or focus on objects up close. To bring your reading vision back, we offer a number of presbyopia treatment options that range from eyewear to vision correction surgery.
Glaucoma
Glaucoma is a group of eye conditions where elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) damages the optic nerve, which sends everything you see from your eyes to the brain. This can result in permanent loss of peripheral or central vision. We use medicated eye drops, laser treatments, or minimally invasive glaucoma surgeries (MIGS) to maintain your full field of vision.
Diabetic Retinophathy
Diabetic retinopathy is a complication of diabetes where elevated blood sugars damage the fragile blood vessels of the retina — a light-sensitive tissue in the back of your eye that is essential for vision. If you have diabetes, our doctors recommend regular eye exams so we can monitor and address issues as early as possible.
Dry Eye
Dry eye is a very common condition where an inadequate or abnormal tear film doesn’t properly lubricate your eyes, leaving them red and irritated: it’s a frequent cause of fluctuating and blurry vision. We follow a careful diagnostic protocol in our accredited dry eye center to find the causes of dry eye in your unique case, then create a personalized treatment plan to provide relief with treatment options such as LipiFlow® — one of the most effective tools to address the most common type of dry eye.
Macular Degeneration
Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is the most common cause of permanent vision loss among people over 55 in the United States. AMD causes loss of central vision, often making it difficult to drive, read, or recognize faces. Our team has an advanced suite of diagnostic technologies to examine your macula, detect the earliest signs of macular degeneration, and create an appropriate treatment plan.

My appointment was for my annual year checkup and for my 1 year check after Cataract Surgery. I have been going to Eye Consultants since my LASIK Surgery in 2003.
